The need for a way to repair unsightly paint chips on resale vehicles that are high in quality, convenient and affordable. Personal Bio: Personal info; I am a California native, a USC graduate, married to a UCLA Bruin for 45 years, (we have a mixed marriage), we have 2 grown sons and 2 grandchildren, and 2 step-grandchildren.

Professional Bio: I have 45 years in the auto industry. In 1965 I began as a salesman, with the goal of becoming a dealer principal, and I worked my way through the various management roles until in 1979 I bought my first new car dealership. I was a dealer principal for 14 years and sold my dealerships in 1993. My other auto related vocations included being a consultant for NCM 20 Groups, the Trainer to So. Cal. Auto Dealers Association, and then in June of 2006 I began ProFinish Auto Paint Technologies, LLC. and we have built a growing business based upon delivering excellent QUALITY, VALUE & SERVICE to our clients.

What I have enjoyed most about ProFinish is that we have provided excellent financial opportunities for our technicians in today’s challenging economy. They come from varied walks of life and each has differing goals for their ProFinish business

Bio: ProFinish is very fortunate to have Ken Reid as our California Territory Manager. He joined the ProFinish team in June 2011. Ken and his wife Michelle moved back “HOME” to So. Cal. from Lake Tahoe to be near their extended families again. During his 16 years in Tahoe Ken was a Territory Manager for the top action sports companies in northern California. Fortunately for ProFinish, his strong family ties brought him right to our doorstep. Already his leadership abilities, great people skills, and outstanding business acumen are bearing fruit in the areas of increased sales volume and improved customer service. Ken is the eyes, ears, and heart of ProFinish in the field. His prior experience taught him “the importance of being there for our Dealer Clients whenever they need our services. It is my personal mission to see to it, we do just that.”

Bio: Rocco is the proud father of two beautiful girls and is a former Marine Military Policeman and currently a member of the Marine Corp League Black Mountain Detachment located in Henderson Nevada.
Rocco fully understands how fortunate he and his family are and strongly believes in giving back to the community. He has held several board positions with Henderson Civitan, a non-profit organization focused on mentally and physically challenged individuals (www.civitan.org). He also serves on the board for Housing Help for Nevada (www.HousingHelpForNevada.org) a nonprofit agency assisting our community’s homeowner’s in imminent danger of losing their homes.
